Will the Roos buck that trend this season and go that bit further? We wait to see. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>How will their Irish pair go?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the offseason, North recruited a pair of Irish rookies &#8211; Cork&#8217;s <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"114223\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/erika-oshea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erika O\u2019Shea<\/a> and Meath&#8217;s <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"114225\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/vikki-wall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vikki Wall<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite being so new to the code they have both done really well in preseason and impressed the coaching staff at North.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>North Melbourne is not the easiest side to break into, but have they done enough to prove the deserve a spot in the starting side and get decent game time this season? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How can North Melbourne cover the loss of experience?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>North lost a significant number of key experienced players to expansion sides in the offseason, including <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"29684\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/kaitlyn-ashmore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaitlyn Ashmore<\/a>, <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"29770\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/jess-duffin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jess Duffin<\/a> and <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"29882\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/daria-bannister\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daria Bannister<\/a>, and the players they have brought in do not have nearly the same level of experience their departures have. How are the Kangaroos going to cover that?
