ROUND 3 produced entertaining round of AFL Women\u2019s action on the weekend, and plenty of star performances. We highlight a bunch of them with a recap of who leads the key statistical categories, already roughly a third of the way through the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting out with the disposals, and many of the usual suspects still occupy the top five places. Alyce Parker<\/a> remains in the lead with an average of 25 touches a game, followed by Anne Hatchard<\/a> and Jasmine Garner<\/a> with averages of 24.3 apiece. Monique Conti<\/a> and Amy McDonald<\/a> round out the top five, square on an even 24 touches per game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Rebecca Webster<\/a> and Claudia Whitfort<\/a> lead the way in this category with 5.7 inside 50s a game on average. Garner is just behind on an even five, followed by Hatchard and Orla O’Dwyer<\/a>, who have managed 4.7 per their three outings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Moving across to the rebound 50s, and it\u2019s Chelsea Biddell<\/a> who continues to lead the way with an average of seven a game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bianca Jakobsson<\/a> is just behind on 6.7, followed by Catherine Brown<\/a>, Emma Kearney<\/a> and Ella Heads<\/a> to round out the top five.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Many of the usual tackling suspects this season still occupy the top five spots on this list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is Ebony Marinoff<\/a> who leads with a ridiculous average of 11.3, followed by Tarni White<\/a> with an equally as impressive average of 10.3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tilly Lucas-Rodd<\/a>, Maria Moloney<\/a> and Kiara Bowers<\/a> round out the top five.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Impressively it is Eilish Sheerin<\/a> who still leads the way in this category with an average of 11.7 intercept possessions a game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Laura Pugh<\/a> is second with an average of 8.5, followed by Stacey Livingstone<\/a>, Libby Birch<\/a> and Natalie Grider<\/a> all on an average of 7.7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The running machines of the AFLW are still putting up some impressive numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n O\u2019Dwyer leads this category at the moment with an average of 373.1 gained a game, followed by Marinoff and Aileen Gilroy<\/a> rounding out the top three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The remaining members of the top five are Emma Swanson<\/a> and Biddell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n It is Garner who leads this category at the moment with an impressive average of 7.7 a game. Bowers is not far behind on a 7.3 average, followed by McDonald, Ally Anderson<\/a> and Lucas-Rodd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, taking a look at the goal kicking tally, and it is still\u00a0Kate Shierlaw<\/a>\u00a0who leads the way, followed by\u00a0Greta Bodey<\/a>,\u00a0Jesse Tawhaio-Wardlaw<\/a>, Cora Staunton<\/a> and Paige Scott<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\nInside 50s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
