THIS week\u2019s VFLW fixture is back to being a little bit more spread out, with about half the fixture slated for Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things went far from to plan for both these sides last week, so in what will be a nice, early start for both sides they will be hoping last week does not become a long term trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both these sides are also equal on the ladder wins wise, and with how tight the ladder is for the most part, a win this weekend will be big.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zoe Barbakos<\/a> is one of three inclusions for the Saints this week in a club debut for the former Hawk, while Saraid Taylor<\/a> is one of five Demon inclusions and is also playing in new colours at this level for the first time this weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n This clash is also an intriguing one in the context of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both of these sides are coming off a loss, and are a similar situation ladder wise to the two in the first game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kate Reynolds<\/a> returns to the North line up for the first time since being suspended in Round 1, and the Roos also gain back skipper Jessica Jones<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Geelong welcomes two Coates Talent League stars as part of four inclusions, with Seisia White<\/a> and Kiara Woods<\/a> both making the step up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n At the same time but across town a rivalry with plenty of history across multiple leagues will have another instalment as the Pies host the Bombers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both of these sides are just starting to get into the groove of their seasons, and so will not want that momentum to come unstuck tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collingwood has made a whopping seven changes, bringing in names such as Lucy Cronin<\/a> and Sarah Sansonetti<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Essendon for its part has made a whopping eight changes, including bring back young stars Marnie Robinson<\/a> and Ava Jordan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n GWS will be making one last trip south to Melbourne this season as they come to Port Melbourne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n They will face a Borough side whose great start to the season has come undone a bit in the last fortnight, so will be desperate to turn things around, especially at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Borough are going to have to get the job done without Jordan Mifsud<\/a> and Emily Harley<\/a>, who are both injured and are two of four changes this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However all of GWS\u2019 outs are AFLW listed players, including Katherine Smith<\/a> and Mikayla Pauga<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Sunday\u2019s action begins in Melbourne\u2019s west, with a match that could perhaps go either way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both of these sides have not had consistent seasons to date, and will see this match as very winnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Bulldogs have a massive inclusion amongst their massive list of inclusions, with the club\u2019s AFLW skipper Ellie Blackburn<\/a> one of eight changes that also includes Mia-Rae Clifford<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Carlton for their part gain back Mel Staunton<\/a>, but lose Mimi Hill<\/a> and Lila Keck<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Non AFLW Cup sees the two non aligned sides of the competition battle it out again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unlike the other match ups this weekend, this is a rematch from Round 1, so Darebin will be hoping history does not repeat itself from that evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each of these sides have a massively important player in their omissions list this week, with Ashlee Thorneycroft<\/a> missing for the home side and Sally Lynch<\/a> missing from the visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The weekend\u2019s action ends with perhaps the most intriguing clash of the lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Hawks have been the pace setters all season, but face their biggest challenge yet in a Sydney side stacked with AFLW talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Box Hill has made two changes, bringing in Teagan Bradley<\/a> and Tess Cattle<\/a>, while Sydney has brought in five of their AFLW list, while resting the likes of Laura Gardiner<\/a> and the only non AFL listed player from last week Brooke Bailey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNorth Melbourne vs Geelong
