ONES TO WATCH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Dandenong comes equipped with three Vic Country squad members, including co-captains Harvey Langford<\/a> and Cooper Hynes<\/a>. They line up across half-forward alongside Harrison Doughton<\/a>, with all three likely to rotate through midfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the starting centre bounce mix is running machine Ben Hopkins<\/a>, who continues his on-ball venture. Fellow over-ager Jordan Doherty<\/a> will ruck to him while bottom-ager Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves<\/a> returns to the wing where he impressed last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Stingrays have also shuffled Round 10 match-winner Toby Sinnema<\/a> to half-back, while a pair of debutants – Riley Hilliard<\/a> and Thomas Hose<\/a> – prepare to turn out for the first time as bottom-agers. The latter is his side’s 23rd man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oakleigh will be without skipper and star man Jagga Smith<\/a> in midfield, but will be held down in defence by Vic Metro tall Lucas Tovey<\/a>. Fresh off his VFL debut for Collingwood, Pies Next Generation Academy prospect Luke Quaynor<\/a> also has a big job to do down back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chargers will hope their relatively small midfield brigade of Kane Emery<\/a> and Ollie Badr<\/a> holds up against the bid-bodied Stingrays, perhaps beating them for pace. Over-age Sydney father-son candidate Isaac Barry<\/a> is also in line for a midfield berth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREDICTION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The Stingrays have a couple of key players out but arguably Oakleigh’s most important mainstay is also unavailable, along with a raft of APS-committed stars. With size and dynamism in the midfield rotation, Dandenong is in good stead to string together a second straight win here. Stingrays by 30.<\/p>\n

AROUND THE GROUNDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Coates Talent League action continues with two games on Saturday. Murray Bushrangers and Gippsland Power lock horns on neutral territory at ETU Stadium, with both sides welcoming back a host of representative stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Murray will again feature the Whitlock twins – Jack<\/a> and Matt<\/a> – up forward alongside Joe Berry<\/a> and Joshua Murphy<\/a>, with the latter also a chance to roll through midfield with imposing tall Zac Harding<\/a> rucking to him and Cohen Paul<\/a> on the wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gippsland will welcome back skipper Xavier Lindsay<\/a> to its midfield after plying his trade on the wing for Vic Country. Bottom-aged utility Willem Duursma<\/a> has also been named on the wing, while Ricky Mentha<\/a> is back from injury and straight into the forwardline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eastern Ranges and Calder Cannons also lock horns in Box Hill on Saturday. The Cannons have a star on each line with Isaac Kako<\/a> starting forward, captain Damon Hollow<\/a> in defence, and Nash King<\/a> pushing his case for Vic Metro selection in midfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eastern will be without Josh Smillie but can still call upon Christian Moraes<\/a> and Cody Anderson<\/a>. The latter, who is also in line for a Vic Metro call up, recently made his VFL debut for Box Hill alongside recalled key forward Remy MacLean<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The action builds to a grand crescendo on Sunday as three games see out the weekend. Bendigo and Sandringham do battle at Queen Elizabeth Oval first, with the home side likely sensing an opportunity after three-straight losses, against a depleted Dragons outfit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coates Talent League footy hits the surf coast as Geelong hosts Northern at Spring Creek Reserve. Over in Craigieburn, a bolstered GWV Rebels take on Tasmania as the Devils welcome back their Allies representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
