Eliza Straford<\/a> was the only one on the ground to kick multiple goals, while for the Bombers Emily Tassiopoulos<\/a> had a really strong game in the clearance department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Port Melbourne ended their losing run in a big way, comfortably downing Geelong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Geelong failed to score after quarter time as the Borough kicked away to record an important win in the context of their season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Courteney Bromage<\/a> and Olivia Barton<\/a> both kicked two majors each for the Borough, while Ava Seton<\/a> also had a really impressive game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile for Geelong Abby Favell<\/a> saw plenty of the ball, while Lily Jordan<\/a> laid a whopping 15 tackles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n North Melbourne further entrenched itself in the top four after defeating Box Hill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Kangaroos lead all game and ultimately thwarted a Hawks\u2019 final quarter fightback to take the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nyakoat Dojiok<\/a> returned to form with a big haul of three goals for the Roos, while Renee Tierney<\/a> and Alana Barba<\/a> were busy around the ball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile for the Hawks Danika Spamer<\/a> had a productive game in the clearance department, while Rosie Dillon<\/a> also saw plenty of the ball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Western Bulldogs got back on the winners list with a big win over Casey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Casey actually held a narrow lead at the opening break, but essentially did not score in the second term as the Bulldogs wrestled control, and again kept the Dees scoreless in the final term to buff out the margin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Key targets Mary Sandral<\/a> and Mia-Rae Clifford<\/a> led the way on the goal kicking front for the Bulldogs, while Leah Swain<\/a> defied her position\u2019s stereotypes to lead the clearance tally for the Dees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Collingwood kept its season alive while officially ending Darebin\u2019s faint finals hopes after defeating the Falcons yesterday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Darebin was actually the stronger of the sides in the first half, but Collingwood came out on a mission after half time and after a really strong third term held on in the last to take the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jordan Ivey<\/a> and Kaitlyn Day<\/a> were really dangerous in attack for the Pies, while Grace Wake<\/a> was really impressive in defence and Angelica Gogos<\/a> stood tall in midfield for Darebin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Carlton has kept its season alive after a massive win over the Saints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Off the back of some big games from their included AFLW stars, the Blues were already 43 points up at half time and just grew from there in the second half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mia Austin<\/a> lead the scoring front for the Blues with three goals to her name, while Abbie McKay<\/a> had a strong game in the clearance department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile Charlotte Ryan<\/a> and Deanna Jolliffe<\/a> both saw plenty of the ball for the Saints.<\/p>\n\n\n\nGeelong (1.1.7) lost to Port Melbourne (7.12.54)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
