THE HIGHLY anticipated AFL Women\u2019s All-Australian Squad has been revealed, with plenty of intriguing choices among the 42-strong squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Included the squad are the likes of Jasmine Garner<\/a> and Ebony Marinoff<\/a> who are in contention for their seventh All-Australian blazer, and at the other end of the scale there are 21 players who could pick up their first blazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Among the 42 players are four Irishwomen – Aisling McCarthy<\/a>, Aishling Moloney<\/a>, Aileen Gilroy<\/a> and Aine McDonagh<\/a> \u2013 who will all be looking to emulate compatriot Orla O\u2019Dwyer<\/strong> and pick up their maiden All-Australian blazer after the speedy Lion became the first Irishwoman to do so back in Season 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Hawthorn has the most players in the squad with six, while Adelaide, Brisbane and North Melbourne have five players each in the squad.
