{"id":176348,"date":"2024-11-19T13:32:05","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T03:32:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/central.rookieme.com\/afl\/?p=176348"},"modified":"2024-11-19T13:32:06","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T03:32:06","slug":"ninas-nice-season-rewarded-with-top-gong-at-the-cattery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/central.rookieme.com\/afl\/2024\/11\/19\/ninas-nice-season-rewarded-with-top-gong-at-the-cattery\/","title":{"rendered":"Nina&#8217;s nice season rewarded with top gong at the Cattery"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>AS the AFL Women\u2019s season starts to wind down, clubs are starting to award their club best and fairest awards, recognising the stars of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this new series from <em>Rookie Me Central<\/em>, we take a look at the seasons of these club champions and what led them to have such stellar seasons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next up in the series, we head down the Princes Freeway and take a look at the season of star Cat <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"30932\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/nina-morrison\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nina Morrison<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morrison has come away from 2024 with her first ever club best and fairest award, winning with 138 votes ahead of <strong>Aishling Moloney<\/strong>, <strong>Georgie Prespakis<\/strong>,<strong> Becky Webster <\/strong>and <strong>Rachel Kearns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She took out the top gong comes off the back of podium finishes in the last two seasons.
