East Fremantle should have too much experience for the young Peel Thunder side, and if the Sharks are to play finals, this is simply a must-win. For the Thunder, it will be a case of looking to remain as competitive as possible for as long as possible.<\/p>\n

Two sides at opposite ends of the ladder with different developmental aims in the 2025 WAFLW season. Subiaco should continue its great year to-date and post a win, though can never take the Demons lightly as they were up early in the fourth quarter the last time these two teams faced off.<\/p>\n

Swan Districts have an opportunity to bounce back from their fourth loss of the season last week when they went down to Claremont and slipped to fourth on the table. With a game in hand compared to South Fremantle – who leapt into third spot – it is not all doom and gloom for the black and whites. East Perth on the other hand is on the bottom of the ladder still searching for its second win of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They do lose the likes of Layla Firns<\/a>, Makayla Pugliese-Thompson<\/a> and Jorja Elisseou<\/a> however.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PREDICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Swan Districts will have the experience edge in the game and should be able to come away with the four points against the Royals. East Perth has lost a few key players – while regaining a couple – but the Swans have nice depth across the board and are chasing a finals spot.<\/p>\n

The match of the round is likely to finish off Round 14 with South Fremantle fresh off a thrashing win over East Perth and upset against Subiaco to erase the disappointment of a shock loss to Perth the week prior to that. The Bulldogs have a tough ask here, but are playing well, with the unbeaten Claremont looking to add another win to the tally and make it 11 for the season thus far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are joined by Taylah Orzel<\/a> and Lauren Hutton<\/a>, while the likes of Hayley Colvin<\/a> and Jessica Ritchie<\/a> go out for Round 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PREDICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Claremont has remained unbeaten this season for a reason and look too strong on paper once more. However South Fremantle showed the potential to cause an upset with its win over Subiaco a fortnight ago, so can take it up to the Tigers on any given day.<\/p>\n
