In a battle of the third and sixth placed sides, the Bull Sharks proved too good, coming way with a 14.9 (93) to 4.3 (27) win at Bond University Oval on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Competition leading goalkicker <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"131732\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/kendra-blattman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kendra Blattman<\/a> got her side off to the perfect start four minutes into the match with a major, before Aspley&#8217;s <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"149325\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/kaitlyn-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaitlyn Day<\/a> cut the deficit to just two points as the Hornets got on the board five minutes later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From there however, it was all Bond University, piling on five unanswered goals to half-time, with Aspley only managing a further two behinds. A pair of six-pointers to <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"88537\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/isabella-iverach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Isabella Iverach<\/a> &#8211; including one just before heading into the rooms &#8211; guided the Bull Sharks to an ominous 32-point lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coming out of the main break, proven goalkicker <strong>Jessica Stallard<\/strong> ensured her side had a glimmer of hope, but four goals to end the premiership quarter &#8211; including two to <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"42924\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/brianna-moyes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brianna Moyes<\/a> and a second major to Blattman &#8211; put any worry of a comeback quickly to bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filling her boots in the last quarter, Blattman kicked two in the first six minutes &#8211; and a third later in the quarter, with Moyes also kicking a fourth goal as the pair ran rampant over the visitors. Day and <strong>Jesse<\/strong> <strong>McMillan<\/strong> did kick a couple of consolation goals as Aspley fought to the final siren, but it would ultimately be too little, too late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"111664\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/shannon-nolan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shannon Nolan<\/a> was terrific around the ball, winning 28 disposals, six marks, five clearances &#8211; including four centre clearances &#8211; and kicking a goal, while ruck <strong>Maisy Evans<\/strong> had 16 hitouts to go with 26 disposals, three marks and five inside 50s. <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"88816\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/ella-calleja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ella Calleja<\/a> (22 disposals, three marks, five clearances and eight inside 50s) was key in linking the midfield to attack, while Blattman and Moyes kicked 9.6 between them in the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day&#8217;s 16 disposals, four clearances, three inside 50s and two goals were a standout, with McMillan (15 disposals, three clearances, three tackles and a goal) and <strong>Anna van de Wiel<\/strong> (16 disposals, two marks and three tackles) among the better ball-winners. A dour fourth term &#8211; where just one behind to the Gorillas was the only addition to the score &#8211; was all the Kings needed to salute with a 6.3 (39) to 3.1 (19) victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"43080\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/chloe-haines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chloe Haines<\/a> and <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"148135\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/chelsea-chesterfield\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chelsea Chesterfield<\/a> were multiple goalkickers in the win, while <strong>Ayla Fetahagic<\/strong> and Chesea Winn were enormous around the stoppages. Both players had 22 disposals and eight clearances, with the former running at a disposal efficiency of 77.3, while also laying four tackles. <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"78660\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/lucy-schneider\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lucy Schneider<\/a> (20 disposals) was also lively in the win, recording an 85 per cent disposal efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over-age AFLW Draft prospect <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"139286\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/kaiya-hides\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaiya Hides<\/a> was everywhere for the Gorillas, picking up 20 disposals, laying eight tackles, and having four inside 50s and booting two goals. <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"76109\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/grace-osborne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grace Osborne<\/a> and <strong>Siobhan<\/strong> <strong>Senior<\/strong> both had an equal team-high of 21 disposals at 81 per cent disposal efficiency, while <a data-type=\"player\" data-id=\"78627\" class=\"_dc_spo\" href=\"\/afl\/player\/jasmine-ware\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jasmine Ware<\/a> was best-on clunking 10 marks &#8211;
