ALL-AUSTRALIAN full back Mitchell Harris<\/a> was among the weekend’s SANFL League debutants, thrown into the fire against a rampant Glenelg side. The 18-year-old acquitted himself well in the Eagles’ defence, showcasing his patented competitiveness and aerial ability in a 65-point defeat at Stratarama Stadium on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A native of Kadina on the York Peninsula, Harris boards at the esteemed Prince Alfred College in Adelaide. He’s a Crows fan who models his game on Josh Worrell<\/strong>, whom he shares plenty of traits with. Having completed his first proper preseason this year – barring an adductor setback – he has risen into top-20 calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
