Bonadeo was a dominant force in deep defence, racking up 26 disposals in a proactive and attacking display. She read the play beautifully, pushing up to the wing to intercept and drive the ball forward, and locked the ball up well when under pressure. While she gave away an unlucky high free kick in the final quarter, she showed good intent charging through the defensive 50 to shuffle the ball out by hand under pressure. Predominantly a lockdown tall, Edgley has nice athleticism to compete against most opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Polimeno provided an intercepting force and switch option alike from the back half. Her positioning was excellent, highlighted by a great intercept mark on the wing in the third quarter, and she applied multiple pressure acts late in the game to help her side. Her intercept marking as a whole was very impressive, and while her kicking was hit or miss, she continued to show up and be a threat for the Tigers to overcome on transition.<\/p>\n
