We take a look at who the top performers were across the grades:<\/p>\n<p><strong>League:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alex Martini<\/strong> collected\u00a014 disposals playing mainly as a running defender for Glenelg, the 2016 Captain of Sacred Heart College has been playing consistently all season and is in the running for a big Under 18 National Championships having played this season against the hardened bigger bodies. <strong>Darcy Fogarty<\/strong>\u00a0returned to the SANFL after various AFL Academy duties, slotting into the Glenelg League team and had\u00a018 disposals. Still in Year 12, Fogarty\u00a0will be juggling League, School\u00a0and State\u00a0commitments for the rest of the year.\u00a0<strong>Mitch Crowden<\/strong>\u2019s Sturt had the Bye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reserves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Norwood\u2019s <strong>Stefan Giro<\/strong> was named best with his 31 disposals, six\u00a0tackles and three goals, and must be pushing for senior selection after being emergency a couple of weeks ago. <strong>Lachie Pascoe<\/strong> (Norwood) was consistent again with 26 disposals (including 19 kicks). Norwood\u2019s youth policy continues with <strong>Corey Smith<\/strong> getting 21 disposals and booting two goals, while <strong>Brodie Carroll<\/strong> had 17 disposals. <strong>Jackson Edwards<\/strong> (Glenelg) \u2013 potential Crows Father-Son (Tyson Edwards) , returned to footy with 16 possessions.\u00a0Sturt and Woodville-West Torrens had the Bye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U18s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite Norwoods loss to South Adelaide, midfielder <strong>Cole Gerloff<\/strong> had a complete game with 34 disposals (including 25 kicks), 15 marks and eight\u00a0tackles. After an unsettled start to the season through niggling injuries, he is now showing some real consistency and returns to School\u00a0Football this weekend for Prince Alfred College. <strong>Hayden Sampson<\/strong> (South Adelaide) was again amongst it with 22 disposals and three\u00a0goals. <strong>Brad McCarthy<\/strong> (Glenelg) returning to the U18s from the Reserves was named in bests, leading with 24 disposals playing through the midfield.<\/p>\n<p>Central Districts\u00a0tall <strong>Ryan Falkenberg<\/strong> was best for the Doggies with three goals from nine marks. Woodville-West Torrens\u2019 <strong>Cooper Gaffney<\/strong> was a tackling machine in their win over Sturt, with 23 disposals and 15 tackles to be best on ground and win the Round 4 U18 MVP Nomination. He was also supported by smooth underage tall <strong>Jack Lukosius<\/strong>\u00a0who played up forward, kicking three goals and clunking 10 marks. <strong>Adam Trenorden<\/strong> (Sturt) showed some good defensive efforts with 10 tackles alongside\u00a030 disposals, and potential Top 20 selection <strong>Callum Coleman-Jones<\/strong> (Sturt) played\u00a0up forward taking\u00a0some outstanding contested marks to go with his 23 disposals.<\/p>\n<p>Small West Adelaide midfielder <strong>Alex Stidiford<\/strong> was again in the best in their win over North Adelaide, with a team high 26 disposals including seven\u00a0tackles and a goal. 2018 Draft hopeful and Academy member <strong>Connor Rozee<\/strong> was again best for North.
