Most people who know me know that I\u2019m pretty obsessed with food, like I probably talk about food 80% of the time. A lot of the time you can find me at my local caf\u00e9 hanging with friends and eating food. Whenever I\u2019m having a bad day (because really, we all have them) the one thing that I will generally always find myself doing is sitting down with friends whether it be over food or even a coffee I just sit down and talk about everything, I let it all out.<\/p>\n
Food just makes me happy, along with going to the gym it\u2019s the one thing that has such a calming effect for myself. Whenever I\u2019m baking I just get lost in the moment and I forget about everything around me and I just focus on the next measurement, the next step. I\u2019m the type of person that can get stressed very easily and that\u2019s when I should take some time and bake because I\u2019m love baking and an add bonus is that I get to eat yummy food afterwards.<\/p>\n
Along with my family, my friends mean everything to me and I would do just about anything for them; like most people there are periods in my life when I\u2019m not as close to certain friends, but that doesn\u2019t mean I don\u2019t love them any less. Like I remember when I was in hospital with my second infection an old friend from high school called me up and it didn\u2019t matter what I was going through, she was hurting and I was going to help her, I ended up talking to her until 2 in the morning. We talked about everything and really it was a nice escape for me as well, in those 3 hours I was able to forget about the pain and focus on something else. Just having that conversation with me helped her and really that\u2019s all that mattered to me.<\/p>\n
Most of my memories whether it be from my childhood or from last week generally centre around food and you know what I\u2019m ok with that.<\/p>\n
