TWO rounds down and the early stages of the NAB League Girls season is starting to shape the ladder. At the top end of the table, second placed Dandenong Stingrays travel to RMIT Bundoora where reigning premiers, Northern Knights play their third consecutive game. In that game, Saige Bayne<\/strong> returns after injury last season, while the young talented tall, Georgia Grimmer<\/strong>\u00a0slots back into the side with both teams making multiple changes. The Jets will also head into their clash with the Greater Western Victoria (GWV) Rebels undefeated after a win and a draw, with the Rebels winning their opening round encounter before a bye last week has them fresh for the weekend.<\/p>\n

Gippsland Power also hosts Sandringham Dragons at Morwell after the venue changed from Churchill. The Power have had a break after their Round 1 loss, while the Dragons bounced back from an unlucky Round 1 defeat to knock off the Bendigo Pioneers. Speaking of the Pioneers, they are back at home but will be without co-captain Brooke Hards<\/strong>, as they regain important mid\/forward Elizabeth Snell<\/strong> for the clash against Calder Cannons. In the final game of the round. Eastern Ranges return off a bye to try and get a win on the board following a 50-point loss in Round 1, while the Tasmania Devils travel to Victoria for the first time this season and will be better for the run against Oakleigh Chargers last week. The Chargers, Murray Bushrangers and Geelong Falcons have the bye this round.<\/p>\n
