With the new season well underway, it is time to put the eight teams under the microscope and look at those that performed well in all the major categories thus far.

Among the standouts is Nathaniel Paredes, with the St Mary’s captain impressing so far with impressive stats across five categories. He currently leads in contested possessions and disposals, the latter of which he has already hit triple digits. Paredes also sits second for clearances and inside 50s. Also demonstrating a stellar run in the competition so far is the Wanderers’ Beau O’Connell, who just like Paredes has showcased his skills in five categories. O’Connell was among the Wanderers best on the ground during their win against Palmerston Magpies, and appears within the top five for disposals, marks, uncontested possessions, tackles and inside 50s.

All the eight teams are represented at least once across the major statistical areas, with Nightcliff, Wanderers and Southern Districts leading the pack with six players included on the list, while St Mary’s, Waratah and Palmerston Magpies have five players featured. Darwin Buffaloes and Tiwi Bombers sit at the bottom of the pack, with four and three players earning a top five nod in the stats, respectively.

Disposals

1.
