THE FIRST round of the 2025 NBA Draft took place on Thursday morning AEST, with the next 30 stars of the competition joining the top level, and there were no shortages of surprises to kick things off in Chicago.
Although the first two selections went as expected, there were plenty of trades and unexpected moves over the course of the first 30 picks, as teams looked to bolster their stocks for the next 10-15 years.
