The ultimate fan favourite and a true fighter's fighter, Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone is one of the most fabled martial artists of all time. Cowboy's love for the game translates to his knack of being consistently active, making him one of the UFC's greatest draws since entering the promotion as a former WEC mainstay and three-time title challenger in 2011. He wasted no time in making an impression in the UFC, equalling the record for the most fights in a calendar year (five in 2011) to immediately enter the 155lbs rankings. A title shot came in 2015 where Cerrone was TKO'd by Rafael dos Anjos within one round, prompting a move and four-fight win streak at welterweight. Having since moved back down to lightweight and fallen just short of fighting back into the championship frame, Cowboy's own notoriety earned him a big money fight with 'The Notorious' Conor McGregor back at 170bs - albeit coming off two losses. With a resume featuring a who's who of lighter weight stars, Cerrone is only adding to his legend and appeal as a well rounded finishing specialist.
