Carlton openers, Melbourne quartet feature in Team of the Week
OPENERS Sophie Reid and Cailin Green put on an 172-run partnership for Carlton Blues during their win over Ringwood to lead the Rookie Me Central Victorian Women’s Premier 1sts Team of the Week for Round 7. Melbourne Demons easily had the most representatives with four players in this week’s 11, whilst Prahran True Blues and Dandenong Panthers joined Carlton with multiple players. Box Hill Mustangs‘ Zoe Griffiths was the remaining representative.
