Around The Courts | NSL NXT Gen Round 4

LAST weekend’s action in the NSL NXT GEN competition saw both ends of the margin scale, with some thrashings combined with some absolute nail biters.

ROUND 4 RESULTS

Nottingham Forest vs Leeds Rhinos

Nottingham Forest are off the mark this season after a 62-56 win over the Leeds Rhinos. It was a tight match right through proceedings, with Forest only two goals ahead at the final change, but held their nerve to hold on for the win.

Loughborough Lightning vs Cardiff Dragons

Loughborough Lightning picked up their second win of the season after comprehensively beating Cardiff Dragons 71-40. The Lightning established their dominance early – taking a 21-goal lead into half-time – and maintained their control to take out a big win and keep the Dragons winless so far this season.

London Mavericks vs Team Bath

The London Mavericks went agonisingly close to picking up their first win of 2025, but ultimately fell found themselves losing to Team Bath by a mere goal.

Birmingham Panthers vs Manchester Thunder

The Birmingham Panthers have handed the Manchester Thunder their first loss of the season, winning 55-41.
