At just 21-years-old McPhee had a breakout season in 2019, stepping up from her role as a training partner to a full-time contract with the Magic in the ANZ Premiership. She did not let anyone down, shooting 319 goals at 80.8 per cent accuracy, and becoming a permanent fixture in the Magic’s shooting circle. Her accuracy and sheer volume of shots put up made her a valuable comedy, and now only turning 23 in September, McPhee has the height, strength and presence to have a real impact under the post for her side in 2020.
