Hailing from Uganda, tall timber Mary Cholhok is unmissable on the netball court at 201cm and, while still developing her craft to be a consistent performer, has certainly taken the Vitality Netball Superleague by storm. The Ugandan is a reliable force to be reckoned with, and while she can sometimes become predictable as a holding shooter, she is a hard worker who has continuously proved she is capable of taking the next step, having worked on her strength and vertical leap. Add in her unshakeable accuracy and volume, and Cholhok is a constant threat especially against smaller defenders, able to hold her ground and pluck the ball out of the air. With an excellent split and waiting hands, Cholhok is a hard worker and partners well with Ella Clark at the post, rotating well and providing an excellent rebounding option credit to her long arms and sticky fingers. With another season out on the court, expect Cholhok to step up her game once more and provide a real tough option at the post.
