Whitney Souness is an experienced Silver Ferns midcourter who alongside Maddy Gordon will be key in providing opportunities for the Pulse shooting circle in 2025. Souness has spent some time in the circle back in 2021, but it is more a "break glass in case of emergency" type deal, with Souness providing more than 200 goal assists the past six ANZ Premiership seasons, five of which were for the Pulse.
