This week in netball: SPAR Challenge and Netball Fantasy Draft continues
THIS week in netball saw some international test matches take place, while the Centre Pass Podcast team completed its starting sevens in the Fantasy Netball Draft, with tri-weekly episodes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, plus explainers discussing the team’s reasoning. The SPAR Challenge between South Africa and Malawi well and truly proved why both teams are part of the big six in netball, with South Africa showcasing a well-rounded and hugely developed unit in their clean sweep of the Queens.
Meanwhile, Draft Central continued its positional analysis series, comparing and contrasting some international names throughout the week. A new series on underrated internationals also began, focusing on some of the international names who often miss out on consistent coverage, while a chat with Anna Stembridge and Layla Guscoth about the returnees to Team Bath in 2021 rounded out the week’s discussions.
