This week in netball: Taini Jamison Trophy concludes, England netball features and SSN debutant countdown

THIS week on Draft Central, we covered the three major netball competitions across the globe with plenty of content to suit everyone. The Taini Jamison Trophy wrapped up which saw New Zealand Silver Ferns win 3-0 against a young and improving England Roses. We recapped the game, as well as spoke to acting head coach Kat Ratnapala, whilst keeping on the United Kingdom theme, we chatted to Strathclyde Sirens’ head coach Lesley MacDonald about what the Sirens have been up to during the tough 2020 year.

In Australia, whilst the matches are done and dusted, the content certainly is not, and we took a look at the top stats getters across the Suncorp Super Netball line-by-line. Our Top 10 countdown of the top Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) debutants in season 2020 continued, whilst we kept up with all the movers and shakers of the off-season re-signing period. If audio is more your thing, then make sure you listen to the latest episode of the Centre Pass Podcast where Draft Central’s Taylah Melki and Sophie Taylor, together with host Jarrad Gardner discuss some of the major talking points of the prior week.
