The consensus greatest female mixed martial artist of all time, Amanda Nunes’ career accolades include being the first (only) ever female double-champ, the first ever openly gay UFC champion, and knocking out every other UFC women's bantamweight champion. Coming into the UFC with an unexceptional 7-3 record after stints in Strikeforce and Invicta, Nunes has only fought against the best in the promotion with her sole loss coming to Cat Zingano in 2014. Since, the Lioness has embarked on a streak of ten consecutive victories with Valentina Shevchenko and most recently, Germaine de Randamie the only opponents she failed to finish in that time. Although her first martial arts experience came in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu dojo, Nunes has become renowned for her heavy hands and unmatched striking ability which translates through to her 13 wins by KO/TKO. Looking to cement her legacy, Nunes is on a path to cleaning out both divisions she heads at this point.
