All the picks: 2023 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft
A MIXED bag of 13 players have been selected in the 2023 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft, including 11 fresh faces. Gippsland Power forward Ryan Maric was the first as West Coast called his name with pick one, while two former AFL-listed players have also earned lifelines with second clubs.
Held virtually via AFL Headquarters, the intake saw 11 clubs make picks, with Hawthorn, Richmond and Sydney each making two. Greater Western Sydney held a pair of selections coming into the night but opted to pass on both.
