2025 AFLW Draft Profiles to start next week

NEXT Monday our road to the AFL Women’s Draft commences with the first of our AFL Women’s Draft Profiles to kick off. Each day throughout the week there will be two National Draft Combine, and one State Draft Combine profile that will be completed over the next month running until the end of November.

In the same format as the boys’ draft profiles, the girls profiles will feature an overall career backstory, analysis – including strengths and improvements – draft range and summary, while also featuring available stats and links to relevant articles over the years.

In addition to that information, each player will have a highlights reel which viewers can access via our YouTube channel and will be released with the draft profiles. With highlights from the AFLW Under 18 National Championships and Coates Talent League, readers will be able to get a glimpse into what each of the 90-plus players could provide to their club.

At the conclusion of the draft profiles, our 2025 AFLW Draft Guide will be released, featuring all of those profiles and much more. More information on the Draft Guide will be announced in the coming weeks, but if you have not previously subscribed an AFL or AFLW Draft Guide, you can do so via the link below.

Rookie Me Central will highlight some of the above players via feature interviews, with a mix of written and video content over the next month and a half. Be sure to follow Rookie Me Central on Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube to stay up-to-date with all the latest content.
