SUMMARY: Jack Hardman is a Sydney Swans Academy member who missed final the cut to represent the Allies in the National Under 18 Championships. He has a few neat traits as a forward with good speed, agility and goal sense, however his lack of defensive pressure - which is all the rage in modern small forwards - as well as his endurance are areas which may hold him back from being drafted. However the Swans could get him for nothing in the rookie draft should they choose to do so.
