A big-bodied key position defender, Hindle is one of two Royals to have been included in the latest West Australian AFL Academy hub intake. The 192cm prospect was an outstanding member of the East Perth side which qualified for the second week of WAFL Colts finals last year, making him the Royals’ leading top-age prospect in 2020. In his draft year, Hindle has already earned a call-up to the Royals’ Reserves side, despite having his run of four Colts games slightly interrupted by injury. While he missed out on an AFL Draft Combine invite in September, the West Australian remains a promising defensive prospect.
