Seisia White is a valuable prospect who could fit into any side thanks to the way she plays. Boasting a team-first attitude with a terrific balance between offensive and defensive traits, White is clever close to goal and brings the required tackling pressure to the forward 50. Her 7.5 tackles per game for the Geelong Falcons this season exemplify what she does so well, while still averaging around a goal per game.

White is not going to be a consistent 20-plus disposal winner so her production and consistency - along with her marking - are three key areas of improvement. On face value, there are elements of her game that need work, but she is a perfect example of look at what she does rather than what she does not. Already boasting an elite defensive game and fantastic forward craft, White can get nail her forward role to a t.

The energy White brings to the front half of the ground is fantastic, she cracks in and is not afraid to put her body on the line and win contested ball, as well as finish off well when within range of the big sticks. She generally uses it cleanly by foot and has the smarts to set up her teammates as well. She could be a big improver at the elite level once she can gain that greater consistency.
