One of the year's great finds was Archie Dollman, whose APS form with St Kevin's saw him invited back to the Oakleigh Chargers program having been cut at the start of the year. Making his debut during the school football break in Round 10, he went on to play eight games for the Chargers and earned a state combine invite, but had his year cut short by a collarbone injury.

Dollman mostly cut his teeth through midfield, playing both out on a wing and on-ball. His poise in traffic is a key feature of his game, able to fold in on the contest and use his agility to step back out into space. The 183cm prospect is also quite clean overhead and just as assured at ground level, which in turn allows him more time on the ball to make such sound decisions.

Having only really stepped up to the top APS and pathway levels this year, there is a ways to go in Dollman's development but he possesses strong fundamental skills and works hard both ways. While capable of pulling off darting short passes, he can continue to iron out his disposal consistency and continue to add size. If not taken this year, he'll be a great rookie or over-age candidate.
