There was little that Sandover Medalist Bailey Rogers did not achieve in 2021. The former defender turned midfielder/forward put together an outstanding year to rack up huge numbers across the board playing midfield, and then hit the scoreboard. He can win it, use it and put it into dangerous areas, with the two question marks being his age (therefore upside) and explosive speed, but he ticks nearly every box.
