Blake Chambers' agility and silky foot skills on the wing were a feature of the Eastern Ranges' premiership season. After playing most of the year as a crafty outside midfielder, Chambers was thrown into the centre late in the season and appeared more than capable at the coalface, while even enjoying stints up forward.

The Ranges midfielder did his draft chances no harm with a strong post-championships run, having been a train-on with Vic Metro. Chambers saved his best performance for the Coates Talent League Grand Final, where he racked up 28 disposals and was a reliable outlet around the ground. 

With his slight frame, Chambers will likely have to add some size before stepping up to the next level, despite being an outside-leaning type. He thrives in time and space, able to pick apart opposition defences with his decision making, but can continue to become more comfortable in the cut and thrust of the contest.
