A midfielder with flair and eye-catching burst out of the stoppages, Cooper Whyte provides plenty of drive from the engine room. He built nicely into season 2021 to become one of the Geelong Falcons’ prime ball winners, proving penetrative on the attack with his ability to break forward and pump the ball long on his trusty left boot.

He had a season-high of 26 disposals and low of eight, so can bridge that gap in terms of consistency as a full-time midfielder, and boost his accumulation factor. Though, Whyte's flashes and productiveness with ball-in-hand saw him turn out for Vic Country in this year's trials, returning an eye-catching middle part of the season and placing second in the Falcons' best and fairest count.
