A fast-developing over-age prospect out of the Gold Coast Suns Academy, Millar Brosnan-Ball spent most of her time through the ruck at Coates Talent League Girls level, before switching between that role, and a key defensive post for Queensland. Though technically 2006-born, Brosnan-Ball is a December 29 baby so just three days shy of being a top-ager.

Somewhat of a late bloomer, Brosnan-Ball has some terrific athletic traits that enable her to compete above her height of 177cm, and perhaps her best work is done at ground level. Between Brosnan-Ball's follow-up ability and defensive pressure, the tall has no qualms battling for a contested ball below her knees.

Brosnan-Ball is a raw talent with a number of fundamentals to still develop, but what she does off-ball, or in close really stands out. She has the potential to play across all three lines, and though not winning a stack of the ball, does a lot of the non-negotiables that coaches love to see with talls. A long term prospect, Brosnan-Ball has some of the best upside going around that Queensland talent staff are very excited by for the future.
