Molly Reimers is a crafty forward who showed enough through her bottom-age year to earn a spot with Vic Country's summer hub and gain further experience there. Though ultimately overlooked for the national championships squad, Reimers pieced together a solid top-age season with Dandenong Stingrays in the Coates Talent League Girls.

Reimers really lifted her numbers throughout 2025, pushing up the ground a little more and it impacted her scoreboard pressure (five majors from 16 games compared to eight from 12 in 2024) and while that area of her game might have slowed, her production lifted, averaging four more disposals per game and getting her hands on it further afield.

The Stingrays top-ager is a clean aerial player who notably improved her contested marking as part of an already impressive aerial game. Boasting natural forward craft and overall footy IQ, Reimers uses the ball effectively and has plenty of upside too. Her speed and endurance - as well as winning more one-on-ones - is a good next step as she has the potential to go to the next level, it is just rounding out her game.
