Nyalli Milne has levels of speed that few others can match, and when she gets going, is near-impossible to catch. That speed, coupled with her natural defensive pressure allows her to impact not just offensively with her run, but also force turnovers through her tackling. Milne's closing speed to come out of nowhere and run down an opponent or burst away from a stoppage and leave opponents in her wake is what sets her apart from the crowd.

While quick at ground level, Milne is also a capable high flyer and is athletic enough to take a shot at some big marks, and her impressive vertical jump aids in doing so. The Queenslander's clean hands both in the air and at ground level further enable her to be a one-touch player and move the ball on effectively.
