Ollie Poole is a handy moments player who can stand up and make people take notice of him when he goes for a bursting run or kicks a nice goal. Though those moments were not always front and centre, the 184cm wing has proven himself as a player who could take the next step. With bursts of speed and an eye-catching outside game to-boot, Poole is a well-rounded athlete and footballer.

His defensive pressure is also prominent, averaging 4.5 tackles at Talent League level for the Pioneers to go with his 14.7 disposals and 2.4 marks. Poole is capable of getting forward and hitting the scoreboard, booting nine goals in 11 games and also working hard back into defence. He's also a versatile type, with his work rate lending to many different roles. There might not be much of him at 70kg, but with improvements in his strength and composure, Poole can further develop and impact.
