SUMMARY:  Williams has all the athlete traits that will appeal to club, possessing elite speed & agility – and was one of the better endurance runners out of all the players invited to the State Combine. While his kicking has some area of improvement, his numbers have dramatically improved from the start of the year to the end of the year, improving his efficiency by 20 per cent.
