SUMMARY: Tom Boyd was a player who while raw, really impressed me throughout the season. He played in defence unlike his AFL namesake, and showed good closing speed on the lead and was a really good kick who can pinpoint targets outside defensive 50. He still has a lot to work on with his consistency, strength and building his endurance, but he seems like a good rookie type prospect.
