SUMMARY: A draft smokey who has plenty of filling out to do size wise, but has some appealing traits. Powell is a nice outside midfielder and uses the ball well by foot. His speed and agility is outstanding, but he can go in and win the contested ball. A player with plenty of upside as a likely late pick/rookie on draft night.
