A raw, but talented tall, Janschek was a member of the Giants Academy this season who also got her chance to represent the Allies as an overager. Only taking up the sport for the first time last year and still heavily focused on her netball where she was one of the rising stars in the code, Janschek put that spot "on hold" to focus on her footy having also gained plenty of opportunities at senior level through the Sandringham Zebras.

Janschek stands at 184cm and with her vertical leap and general athleticism, is a nightmare for most opponents to try and quell. Her ruck craft came a long way in season 2025, averaging 33.5 hitouts for the Giants as she adapted to it more before picking up 13 hitouts for the Allies against Vic Country. Still developing most areas of her game in particular her skills and fundamentals such as marking, Janschek has enormous upside.

With athleticism that is off the charts, Janschek will only benefit from greater exposure to senior football, which is something she got through the Zebras. While only playing the four games, she managed 25.3 hitouts palming it down to a quality midfield, and will only be better for that experience going forward. A long-term prospect who could be a low-risk, high-reward player.
