There is only one new face in the Western Australian line up this summer. Young star Chloe Ainsworth can both bat and bowl, and has earned her first state contract after impressing at Premier Cricket level in WA.
DEPARTURES
Sheldyn Cooper is the only departure from Western Australia’s 2022/23 squad, with Cooper not offered another contract for this season.
PLAYER TO WATCH
Alana King is someone who has had arguably the biggest year in Australian cricket on a personal level. Finally cementing her spot in the Australian team and having arguably the strongest summer of her career, the question will be can she maintain that this summer?
