IN what is turning out to be a big week for netball in Australia, the Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) have released their fixture for 2024.

Fresh off a new Collective Player Agreement (CPA), the fixture for next year has been revealed.

The season will begin on April 13, with the Grand Final set to take place on August 3 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

Inclusion Round is slated for Round 4, while the First Nations Round has been split up in two non consecutive rounds. The first is Round 7 to coincide with National Reconciliation Week, while the second is in Round 13 and will coincide with NAIDOC Week.

The new kids on the block in the Melbourne Mavericks get to make their competition debut in perhaps one of the biggest ways possible, with a crosstown Derby against the Vixens. They will meet again in Round 9 on the King’s Birthday public holiday.

Some other key matches to look out for include:

• Queensland Derbies in Rounds 7 and 13
• NSW Derbies in Rounds 6 and 14
• Grand Final rematches in Rounds 7 and 13
