2025 Netball Super League fixtures announced

A NEW era of British netball has moved another step closer to reality with the release of the 2025 Netball Super League (NSL) fixtures overnight. For the first time, the 2025 NSL Grand Final will be hosted at the O2 Arena on July 6, with eight teams battling it out for ultimate glory and four reaching the post-season finals series.

Birmingham Panthers and Nottingham Forest are two new sides to the competition in 2025, with the pair joining recent NSL inclusions Leeds Rhinos (2021) and London Pulse (2019), as well as mainstays, Cardiff Dragons, London Mavericks, Loughborough Lightning and Manchester Thunder who have gone through a series of name changes, but will enter the new-look league.

Leading up to the new season will be the highly touted Netball Super Cup which will be a one-day event on Saturday, March 8 where there will be shorter-length matches and two groups of four teams where each side faces the other three in its group once. From there the top two sides in each group progress to the semi-finals before the winners face-off in the grand final.

Six days later the real action gets underway with Leeds Rhinos hosting newcomers Birmingham Panthers at Canon Medical Arena in Sheffield, while up in Cardiff, the Dragons take on London Mavericks at the House of Sport.

With a day off on Saturday, March 15, the remaining four teams reconvene on the Sunday, as Manchester Thunder and Loughborough Lighting clashing in a grand final rematch, while London Pulse hosts Nottingham Forest at the Copper Box Arena.

Birmingham and Nottingham Forest host their first matches on Friday, March 21, with the Panthers’ home venue yet to be decided. The regular season will run for 14 rounds, with the home and away portion coming to a close on Sunday, June 15. From there, the four-team finals series will take place.
