With dynamic movement and speed off the stop, Pitman can create plays by getting in there and doing the work or standing back and allowing it to happen ahead of her, always a few steps ahead of the play thanks to her impressive netball nous. While Pitman is  most at home in wing attack, the versatile middie can rotate to centre if need be and even into the goal circle when required, able to play a feeder role from within the circle as well as out.A crucial member of both the Roses and Adelaide Thunderbirds, Pitman is one you can never leave alone on a netball court, lest she tear it up.
