Called in as an injury replacement player for Erikana Pedersen last year, Nathan was offered a full-time contract in 2020. Having previously run around in the Belo League after short stints with Central Pulse and Northern Mystics over the past few years, Nathan showed she could compete at the elite level once again in 2019, and showed versatility to switch between the three midcourt positions. In particular, her work in transition turning defence into offence in the blink of an eye.
