Standing at 188cm tall, Rushton has quickly become an integral member in the Leeds Rhinos attacking unit with her flexibility to rotate between goal attack and goal shooter crucial. Still only young, Rushton has steadily grown with confidence throughout the season with her timing on the drive developing and overall netball nous increasing each time she steps out on court. A dynamic mover that can shoot comfortably from anywhere in the circle Rushton has proven her ability to command the ball for Leeds time and time again. She can be a real playmaker for the Rhinos not afraid to take the game on and back herself in against quality opposition, rarely overawed by the task at hand. Her strength on the take is a key element in her game play while her accuracy is also a telling factor as she is a confidence player.
