A talented youngster with plenty of potential, developing goaler Sophie Kelly has made the step up to the Vitality Netball Superleague seamlessly just a few months after being elevated to the Surrey squad. With a burst of speed, great footwork and the ability to combine effortlessly with her peers, Kelly has proven ready for the jump to the Superleague and used every ounce of her talent and determination to star in the Storm's opening round encounters. The smooth mover is an explosive addition to the ranks brimming with versatility and itching for further development, with her adaptability making her a crafty addition to the side. Part of the Surrey pathway since she was 13, Kelly has continuously showcased her desire to learn and add to her bag of tricks. Featuring in both the Under-17 and Under-19 England squads as well as a stint in the 2019/20 Roses Academy program, Kelly has more than proved her ability to play her role in whichever team she takes the court for, using her vision and excellent game smarts to have an impact both with and around the netball.
