AFL Draft Central boost junior football coverage
WITH the football season fast approaching for some and already here for others, AFL Draft Central has an exciting announcement to make about its 2017 coverage.
This season we will be extending our coverage of under 18s football to include the 2017 AFL Victoria Under 18 Girls Competition as well as the 2017 Youth Girls National Championships.
While our friends at Girls Play Footy will continue to provide their superb coverage of women’s football across the country, we will be bringing you the latest news in the under 18s.
We have made this decision because we are fully invested in women’s football as much as men’s and as the name suggests ‘AFL Draft Central’ applies to all eligible draftees and therefore we will provide you with coverage of those under 18 girls that are striving to join the AFL ranks at the end of the season. This will be in addition to providing coverage for the SANFL and WAFL.
Most importantly, AFL Draft Central is always open to suggestions as to how to provide the best coverage possible and if you’re interested in writing for us or perhaps submitting a piece of work that you think should be read by a larger audience, then get in contact with us.
We are committed to under 18s football and will provide our comprehensive coverage of the TAC Cup and now will look to provide some great coverage on the under 18 girls.
At AFL Draft Central, we’re passionate about junior development in football and we are excited about what 2017 holds. We look forward to bringing you the best possible coverage this year.
